Regular Registration (Must be postmarked by or completed online by July 17, 2018)
$349 - Full Conference (7/25 - 7/27, 3 days)
$230 - 2 Days (ex. 7/25 and 7/26 or 7/25 and 7/27 or any combination of 2 days)
$135 - 1 Day (ex. 7/25, 7/26 or 7/27 - any single day)
On-Site Registration (payment with a credit card is required for on-site registrations)
$375 - Full Conference (3 days)
$300 - 2 Days
$200 - 1 Day
Registration fee includes: admission to pre-registered sessions, educational materials, continuing education credit, conference food functions, and exhibits.
**Notice Regarding On-Site Registrations/Payment**
Individuals attending the Addiction Studies Institute and registering on-site during the Institute WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE PAYMENT IN FULL WHEN ARRIVING AND REGISTERING ON-SITE. Purchase Orders and checks will NOT be accepted for on-site registrations. Payment must be in the form of a valid credit card. Payments will be verified and processed on-site before a registration is approved.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only until July 3, 2018. Refunds will reflect a 30% cancellation fee. After July 3, 2018 refunds will not be issued for any reason. All cancellations should be sent to: Garrison and Associates, Inc., 4920 Reed Road / Suite B, Columbus, OH 43220-3154. Purchase Orders will be billed whether participants attend or not.
